Arrival and Grounding
Sit or lie down comfortably.
Close your eyes.
Gently bring your attention to your breath, just notice it, as it is.
Feel your body rise and fall with each inhale and exhale.
Silently say to yourself:
“This is a moment for me. A moment of peace”
Welcome Yourself as You Are
Bring your focus to your heart
Let your breath soften here
Silently repeat:
“I am allowed to be a work in progress”
“I welcome all parts of myself”
“I am whole, even in my becoming”
Forgiving for Peace
Imagine a soft, warm light glowing in your chest.
With each breath, let this light expand gently outward.
Quietly repeat in your mind
“I offer myself forgiveness as an act of self-love”
“I give myself permission to be real, not perfect”
“Who I am is already enough”
Letting Go
Let this light in your chest continue to grow. With each breath, imagine it cleansing away what no longer needs to be carried.
Take three deep, slow breaths. With each breath, say:
“I release what no longer serves me”
“I am not my past, I am this peaceful moment”
“I give myself grace”
Closing with Kindness
Bring your awareness gently back to your body
Notice the natural rhythm of your breath.
When it feels comforting, place your hand over your heart
Silently say:
“I choose peace”
“I am safe to begin again”
“I carry kindness with me”
Take three more deep, grounding breaths
When you’re ready, gently open your eyes
Take this sense of peace with you
