From the book, The Power of Awareness by Neville Goddard: A Summary
“All things when they are admitted, are made manifest by the light: for everything that is made manifest is light.”
The “light” is consciousness, and consciousness is one. It cannot be divided, for there is no separation or gap in consciousness. I may conceive myself as rich or poor, but the center of my being remains the same regardless of the concept I hold of myself.
I AM THAT I AM
“I AM” is the foundation upon which everything rests. I AM is the feeling of permanent awareness. I may forget who I am, where I am, or what I am, but I cannot forget that I AM.
One’s concept of self determines the world in which one lives. This concept of self is reflected in one’s reaction to life.
It is “I AM’s” concept of itself that determines the form and scenery of its existence. Everything depends upon its attitude of itself. That which it will not affirm as true of itself cannot awaken in its world. In other words, your concept of yourself, such as “I am strong” or “I am unwell” determines the world in which you live.
